Introduction
In our recent 2024 funding round, we secured investments totaling US$4.8 million from Newman Group, Folius Ventures, Modular Capital, and a group of prominent angel investors including Thiccy, Chumbawamba, and Nani. This brings us closer to our goal of establishing a profitable platform where creators can sell exclusive content and experiences on the Solana network.
We are on track to become the first Web3 consumer application to achieve mainstream adoption without relying on speculative economics.
Following our major site update and the launch of Ansem’s Angels in May 2024, our top creator earned over US$100k, and we have seen a significant increase in inbound partnerships from creators and managers. Many of these new partners, who will be launching with us shortly, have had issues with traditional financial systems, and are drawn to our platform for its uncensored payment solutions and integrated CRM features. Based on feedback from these partners, we continue to reprioritize to enhance monetization, user experience, and safety.

Roadmap Q4 2024 — Q1 2025
Pay-to-unlock Messages
Pay-to-unlock messages (PPV) account for over 50% of transaction volume on platforms like OnlyFans and are in high demand by our creators. Creators will soon be able to send PPVs with customized pricing for locked media and/or text.
Payment Partnership & Subscription
We are testing a new payment processor to simplify the user experience of Web3 transactions, supporting both crypto and fiat currencies. This enables seamless transactions similar to services like Stripe and allows creators to offer subscription memberships.
$LIKE auto buyback
20% of platform revenue from each transaction (subscriptions, passes, tips, and PPVs) will be automatically used to buyback $LIKE (example) to replenish community treasury and burnt. By automating revenue-based buyback, it ensures no one has control over when $LIKE buybacks occurs.
$LIKE Payment
$LIKE is the utility token of the Only1 platform. While creators price their content in USD, fans can choose to pay with $LIKE for a discount.
Federated CDN Upgrade
Users can soon upload and view much larger and high quality media files with lightning speed.
Zk-proof Onboarding Reward 🧛♂️
Crypto is a powerful onboarding tool when used correctly, instead of incentivising farmer activities — here is how we will 100x our creator onboarding, autonomously. We are partnering with a Zk-proof protocol to verify creator earnings from platforms like OnlyFans, rewarding them with $LIKE over time based on their verified earnings as they transition to, promote and earn on our platform.
Referral & Affiliate Reward
Users can generate a referral link to onboard creators and earn 5% of all of the creator’s earnings over 12 months. Users can also earn through our affiliate revenue share by promoting any Only1 link.
KYC Partnership
To ensure safety and compliance, all creators will undergo a verification process through a KYC system that includes ID and liveness checks. We’ve partnered with a third-party provider to automate and secure this process, facilitating faster creator onboarding.
Moderation System
User safety is of utmost importance to us. The new moderation system will enable content reporting and swift moderator action based on our terms of service, including content removal or user bans.
Creator Tools
- Earning analytics will allow creators to track their earnings over time, categorized by subscriptions, passes, tips, and PPVs, with options to export data for analysis.
- Chat note in our messenger will allow creators to better personalise fan interactions by helping them remember details of their fans, such as by showing amount of money paid or leaving custom notes to remember their birthdays.
- Media vault will allow creators to pre-upload content that is easily usable in chat.
